Mona Lisa of Suburbia

I have to come clean and say that I  have never been into either portraits, or photo-realistic thingamejig. Not my thing. I have a tremendous amount of respect and admiration for artists who pursue that stuff, it takes a hell  loads of skill and knowledge to pull it of, but, as I said, it's not me - I usually leave it to the people who are actually good at that sort of thing (and there are quite a few around).

Inspired by French movies from the 60's and early 70's, Francoise Hardy's www.youtube.com/watch?v=0aLoez… and that famous painting living these days in Louvre.
